Bucks County Admirals - special needs ice hockey
The Bucks County Admirals finished their inaugural season in 2007-2008 with an exciting visit to the USA Disabled Hockey Festival in Boston, MA. The team this season had 13 players and their focus has been on fundamentals and fun! The team had a fun time this year playing a game at the Wachovia Center before a Flyers Game and also during the 2nd and 3rd periods.
Next season we will play all our practices and games at Face-Off in Warminster, PA on Sundays starting in late September.
We want to thank all the people who have supported us in our first season. Especially our Student coaches: Gerry McGowan, Devon Dundore, Mike McCarthy and Marty Payton who were awesome working with our athletes.
